Virtual Waiver

By registering for and participating in the Paras Health Run 2024, I hereby affirm, acknowledge, and consent to the following terms and conditions:

Accuracy of Information:

• I confirm that all the information provided in this registration form is accurate and complete. I accept full responsibility for any errors or omissions.

Data Usage Consent:

• I understand and consent to the use of my personal data by Paras Healthcare Limited for purposes related to the organization and promotion of the Paras Health Run 2024.

Assumption of Risk:

• I acknowledge that participating in the Paras Health Run 2024, or any related virtual event, carries inherent risks, and I choose to participate at my own risk.

Self-Selected Route Responsibility:

• I am responsible for selecting my own route for participation in this virtual Event. I absolve Paras Healthcare Limited, its sponsors, and officials of any liability arising from my chosen route.

Avoidance of Official Route:

• I agree not to run on the official route designated for on-ground participants of the Paras Health Run 2024.

Fitness and Medical Clearance:

• I affirm that I possess an appropriate level of fitness and have obtained medical clearance from a registered healthcare professional to safely participate in this physically demanding event.

Waiver of Claims:

• I waive all claims against Paras Health Run 2024, its sponsors, officials, and any associated individuals or entities for any injury, illness, or death arising from my participation in the Event.

Limitation of Liability:

• I understand that Paras Health Run 2024 and its affiliates are not responsible for any illness, injury, or death that may occur before, during, or after the Event due to medical reasons or other conditions.

Force Majeure Clause:

• I release Paras Health Run 2024, its sponsors, and associated entities from any liability in case of illness, injury, or death resulting from force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances.

Information Sharing Consent:

• I consent to Paras Healthcare Limited sharing my provided information with entities associated with the Paras Health Run 2024 for logistical or promotional purposes.

Media Release:

• I grant Paras Healthcare Limited the right to use my photograph, video, or any media captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation.

Promotional Communications:

• I agree to receive information, offers, and updates from Paras Healthcare Limited and their associated brands, products, or services via the email address provided in this form.

Event Updates via WhatsApp:

• I consent to receive Event-related updates and communications on my registered mobile number through WhatsApp.

Adherence to Event Guidelines:

• I acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms, conditions, and guidelines set forth for the Paras Health Run 2024.
