Rules & Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants at Paras Health Run 2.0 - Gurugram, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:
Registration Requirements:
- Participants must register for only one race category online via the provided link and pay the applicable entry fee. Registration is subject to meeting all required conditions and qualifications.
- Please note that registration transfers, cancellations, or category changes are not allowed.
- The minimum age requirement for the 10 KM and 5 KM races is 14 years as of November 17th, 2024.
Providing Accurate Information:
- Participants must provide accurate personal details, including age, gender, address, mobile number, and email. This is essential for smooth communication and to avoid registration issues.
- Registration and event updates will be sent to the registered mobile number or email. If you do not receive a notification within 48 hours of registration, please contact us at 9871375759 with your registration and payment details.
Collection of Running Numbers (Bibs):
- Each participant will receive a unique running number (Bib), which must be collected individually from the designated location. Collection details will be communicated via SMS two weeks before the event.
- If a participant cannot collect their Bib personally, a representative may do so on their behalf. The representative must present an authorization letter, a copy of the participant’s government-issued photo ID, the email confirmation sent to the participant, and their own government-issued photo ID for verification.
- Participants must wear their running number Bib at all times during the event. Entry to the pre-race holding area is not permitted without wearing the Bib.
- Single kit will be provided to each individual. For bulk collection, please visit on 14th & 15th November 2024.
Event Day Conduct and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
- Proper footwear and clothing must be worn to prevent injuries during the race.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any form of antisocial behavior are strictly prohibited during the event and at all Energy Stations. Violations will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the race.
- Participants must dispose of waste properly at Energy Stations and along the race route to maintain a clean environment and show respect for the local communities.
Medical and Emergency Support:
- Participants are strongly encouraged to consult a doctor before the event to ensure they are fit to run. While medical support will be available, the event organizers are not liable for any accidents or emergencies that may occur.
- Runners experiencing injury or exhaustion should seek help at the nearest Energy or Medical Station. Severe injuries require immediate medical assistance.
Parking and Venue Instructions:
- Participants must follow all parking rules and instructions provided by marshals and volunteers. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in disqualification from the event.
Adherence to Event Rules:
- Winners of the marathon will be selected in accordance with the event’s official rules. Any form of non-compliance with the rules may result in the cancellation of registration and disqualification from the event.
